  • HRT initial consultation 60-90 minutes $275
  • Follow up 60 minutes $175
  • Follow-up 30 minutes (stable patients without medication changes) $125
  • Labs will be obtained separately
  • Medications are ordered and paid for separately and delivered to your home

Men’s Health/Testosterone Replacement Therapy

• TRT initial consultation 60 minutes $250
• Follow-up 30 minutes $125
• Labs will be obtained separately
• Medications are ordered and paid for separately and delivered to your home or preferred pharmacy

Functional Medicine

  • Initial Evaluation $300 - 90 minutes Standard
  • 60 min follow-up visits $200
  • 45 min follow-up visit $150
  • 30 min follow-up visit $100
  • Missed appointments/late cancellation fee $50.

 

All services are self-pay and will be charged directly.
All fees are due at the beginning of the session.
