Innovative Health & Well Being of Rhode Island

Innovative Health & Well Being offers personalized care with hormone replacement therapy for women (BHRT), testosterone replacement therapy for men (TRT), and functional medicine for everyone.

Functional Health

We will work closely with you to deliver individualized wellness plans for the treatment of many chronic symptoms. We do this by focusing primarily on gut health through diet, lifestyle, botanicals, and supplements.  Functional and integrative medicine aims to use a holistic approach. The goal is not to simply manage your symptoms but to transform your health.

Women’s Hormone Replacement Therapy

Along with providing functional medicine services that focus on gut health, Innovative Health & Well Being provides bioidentical hormone replacement therapy for women. As we age, our hormone levels naturally drop or become imbalanced. The impact of this change can make significant changes to our health and well-being, with fatigue, weight gain, low libido, insomnia, and many other symptoms. Thankfully, through the use of bioidentical hormones, it is possible to create balanced moods, increased energy, and better sexual function.

Testosterone Replacement Therapy for Men

Low testosterone can lead to various symptoms, including fatigue, mood swings, reduced libido, and difficulty building muscle. Men may also experience weight gain and decreased motivation or energy. Low testosterone can be caused by aging, though other factors like stress, obesity, and chronic health conditions can also play a role. Testosterone replacement can increase energy levels, improve libido, and help sustain gains made in the gym.

You Will Be Heard

A common barrier to personalized care is having adequate time and space to be listened to, truly seen and heard.  When you and I meet, you will have my full attention and focus. You will be asked a lot of questions and be given time to answer these adequately and receive thoughtful responses and a customized care plan.
